When you commission artwork from me, you receive the following rights:

  • Social Media Sharing: You may share images of your commissioned artwork on personal social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X provided you credit @CutsforthArtistry/www.CutsforthArtistry.co.uk
  • Personal Digital Use: You may use images for personal phone wallpapers or desktop backgrounds
  • Portfolio Use: If the artwork was commissioned for professional purposes, you may include it in your personal portfolio with proper attribution

These rights apply to clients worldwide.

What Clients Cannot Do:

  • Reproduce the artwork in any physical form (Print, merchandise, products) without written permission.
  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes, advertisting, or business branding without a separate commercial license.
  • Sell or transfer reproduction rights to third parties.
  • Remove or alter my signature or watermarks.
  • Create derivative works based on the commissioned artwork.
  • Use the artwork in publications (book, magazines, websites) without prior written consent.
  • Use the artwork in AI training datasets or machine learning applications

Commercial Licensing

If you wish to use my artwork for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Business branding or logos
  • Product packaging or merchandise
  • Advertising campaigns
  • Publications or editorial use
  • Website headers or promotional materials

How To Obtain a Commercial License

To purchase a commercial license:

  2. Provide details about your intended use:
  • Type of business/project
  • How you plan to use the artwork
  • Duration of use needed
  • Distribution scope (local, national, international)
  • Medium (print, digital, merchandise, ect.)
  • Your location/country

3. Receive a custom quote based on your requirements .

4. Formal agreement: Once agreed, you’ll receive a formal licensing agreement outlining the terms and fees.

5. License Documentation: Upon payment, you’ll receive your commercial license documentation.

Respond time: 5-7 business days.

Pricing: All licensing fees are quoted in GBP (£). International clients may pay in their local currency subject to conversion rates at the time of transaction. Payments can be made via SumUp or bank transfer.

Limited Edition Prints and Art Cards

Limited Edition Prints and Art Cards featuring commissioned and original artworks are available for purchase through me. Only prints purchased directly from Leane Cutsforth or authorized retailers are legitimate. Unauthorized reproductions, even of commissioned work, are not permitted.

International shipping available. Shipping costs and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Copyright terms apply regardless of shipping destination.

Website Consent

All written content, including blog posts, tutorials, artist statements, and descriptions on CutsforthArtistry.co.uk is protected by copyright.

You may:

  • Share links to my website content
  • Quote brief excerpts (up to 100 words) with proper attribution and links back to the original source.

You may not:
