Celebrating Creativity: The 13th Annual Art Exhibition at Kirton-in-Lindsey Town Hall

Over the 4th and 5th October, Kirton-in-Lindsey Town Hall held it’s 13th art exhibition and opened its doors to both art lovers and curious visitors, presenting a rich variety of talent from local artists.

Among the numerous pieces showcased, my collection of four charcoal drawings stood out, each one a heartfelt creation that celebrates the timeless elegance of monochrome art.

On the left side of my display was “The Tempest,” a captivating artwork featuring a striking portrayal of an female figure amidst a turbulent sea.

While the other three pieces did not sell, they reportedly continued to attract significant attention and praise throughout the exhibition.

As the event concluded, the Town Hall echoed with a shared sense of accomplishment and creativity, with plans already being whispered for next year’s exhibition. Which I will be attending.
It was a testament to the thriving art scene in Kirton-in-Lindsey, and the community’s commitment to nurturing and celebrating local talent.

If you stumble upon any other fabulous events that you think I’d love, do give me a shout! Thanks a million for reading this—I really appreciate your interest.
